You should always keep your credit card details up-to-date to avoid a payment failure that could cause your plan to lapse. You can update your billing details by clicking the account menu in the top-right of the screen and then choosing Billing.



If your plan renewal payment fails, you will receive communication from us to advise you on how to update your payment info. 


On the day of your payment failure, you may lose access to some advanced analytics reports, and the Adventr watermark will be restored on your players. 


You will have a 2-week grace period to update your payment info and restore your plan. After the 2 weeks, if you have not renewed your plan, some of your projects may be unpublished or limited.
