We do offer folders in the Media Library. You can open it in the Media sidebar and then create folders and sub-folders and drag media into the folders of your choice. If you have a team plan, you can also use folders to organize access for different users.

It's a small UX thing but it would be helpful on larger projects to be able to organize my media into folders.
